Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! Sibling add-ons are just $24.99 per child — ask at the front desk when you arrive. We love keeping big families playing together.
What’s included with membership?
Unlimited open play every day we are open, 10% off all café items (coffee, energy drinks, and our rotating seasonal & holiday menu), invites to member-only events, and easy month-to-month flexibility. The Summer Play Pass covers the entire break with one flat fee — café and other discounts are not included with the Summer Pass.
How do I start a membership?
You can sign up online through our checkout or start in person at the front desk. Either way, your membership activates immediately and you can start playing today.
How do I cancel or pause?
Monthly memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Pause or cancel anytime by chatting with our front desk or emailing us — no fees, no hassle.
Do you keep grippy socks on file?
We don't store socks for members — but you can grab a fresh pair of grippy socks at the door for just $2 whenever you visit.
What's the café perk?
Members save 10% off every café order — coffee, energy drinks with hundreds of flavor combos, and our rotating seasonal & holiday specials menu. (Not included with the Summer Play Pass.)
